Our crab cakes are made fresh in our restaurant and frozen for shipping.

Crabcakes are shipped via Fed-Ex Overnight to ensure product arrives safely. Signature is NOT required.
TheBestCrabCake.com is not responsible for shipments left when recipient is not home, however, Fed-Ex will make every attempt to leave packages in a secure location.

Any problems with order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to customerservice@thebestcrabcake.com.

Unless specified order will be shipped out on the next possible shipping day (Monday or Wednesday). Please e-mail customerservice@thebestcrabcake.com if you have a special request which we will make every attempt to honor.
